How to Place a Return
If you are looking to place a return, we've made it easy to get things rolling. We first need you to fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, so we have proper documentation. We then send you a RMA Number, which authorizes your return. Print this off and include it with your return parts order. Once parts shipment is received, we then process the return of funds the same way the payment was processed. (Example, if you paid with a card, the refund will be issued back to that card).

1. Locate Returns / RMA form on Google Documents

2. Fill out this form, and email it to Sales@ONPFJ.com
3. We will email you back a RMA # that is generated from our system.
4. Send RGA Form along with your return.

Basic Rules for Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of initial purchase.
All returns must be in original , undamaged , and resealable packages.
No Returns on Custom Order Pistons. This does not include Shelf Stock Pistons.
No Returns on Installed Engine Hard Parts
No Returns on Electrical Components (Unless Installed by a Professional with Billing Receipt "as from Manufacturers")
Restocking Fees are set by Brand, and will be charged accordingly (generally less than 25%)
