Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 Days of order delivery date. Items must be in condition as received, and product display boxes must be in good condition, without tears, folds, or markings. Please email us for a Returns Merchandise Authorization Form, which you will print, fill out, and insert in the package. Funds will be returned promptly after the merchandise as been inspected for damage and approved. There are no refunds on freight.

Exemptions.

There are NO RETURNS on SPECIAL ORDER PARTS. Special Order Parts or "SOPs", are parts that will show "out of stock" on our website, and you cannot check them online. You must Call In at 269-282-8292 special orders which can have custom lead times, which we do not like to process on our ecommerce processor. Special Order Parts can be placed once a customer account is established, along with a photo ID. This is to prevent canceled orders and extra returns on our ecommerce system.

What if the part doesn't fit?

If the part, for example connecting rod bearings, are opened and do not fit the crankshaft, the item as been opened and from its wrapping, and no longer returnable. If the bearings do not fit, please contact our tech line and we will ask for crankshaft measurements. If you cannot provide the measurements, then we would assume you did not know the correct size when ordered.

If the Pistons do not fit?

Piston boxes have the dimensions on the outside of the box for a reason. You can set a inexpensive dial caliper to the size on the box, and go insert the gauge in the bore of the block. Do this before opening the sealed tamper proof tape on Manley, Wiseco, CP, and other forged pistons. NPR, Topline, and ITM also have these measurements. DO NOT SCUFF PISTON SKIRTS TESTING YOUR BORE SIZE. THIS IS INCORRECTLY HANDLING THE MERCHANDISE AND YOUR PISTONS WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.

If the box has not been opened, we are more than happy to accept a return on a shelf stocking item. The item must be in pristine condition for the next customer, assuming there is nothing wrong with the product in the first place. Mistakes do happen when ordering custom sizes; feel free to contact us for a RMA.
